I have a Crystal report which lists patient names and account numbers. Sometimes, there are "notes" entered in the "note field" of our patient database.
I have written a formula field that shows the note "only if the operator is Mary Pat". If not, then it is "blank".
This is working okay EXCEPT if there were NO notes ever entered on the patient, that patient is completely skipped.
I would like ALL patient to show up in the report (whether or not there is a note), but still show only Mary Pat's notes.
