how to filter out the duplicate samaccounts

Hello

We have an issue where Users are unable to log into vimportal approval page as due to the

authentication failure which is due to their samaccount duplicates across

other doamins. We are using AD LDAP as the UME. and we are on NW7.4

DOMAIN1/MYUSER is also present in DOMAIN2/MYUSER,

so in order to resolve this we need to set a filter i believe to get rid of such duplicates, Please let us know if we can do any LDAP configuration steps to eliminate such duplicates or in any of your projects how you have handles such duplicates issue.
