i don't use to var oData = oEvent.getSource().getBindingContext().getObject(); code block.

i create oData local as below and get the control value..

it is work OK.

var oData = {

         Empid :Empid,

         Empname : Empname,

         Empadd : Empadd,

         Empdes : Empdes

    };
