The steps 1 & 2 suggested by Pavan are as under:
STEP1 : Through SQ02 Extras > selections
STEP2 : Through SQ01 Selections
He said these two sets fall in different Blocks. So only Two blocks can be managed like this. In fact yours is a good question which used to be my requirement too but I never did much research on this.
