Outgoing & Incoming Payment Data Ownership

Dears,

I need your support as I want any workaround to perform a Data Ownership on the Outgoing and Incoming Payment Transactions.

As the Outgoing and Incoming Payment Transactions is not exist in the Data Ownership.
