Find out Customers without any transaction from a given date??

Is there a report in SAP that can show us the customers and vendors that have no transactions by a given date, or since a given date?.We  need tt do some analysis to find out customers without any transaction from a given date .Is there any inbuilt report for this?Or can i get a query report for that??
