Dear Experts,
I am calling a custom invoice print/PDF download transaction through a button on a flavor screen using SAP Screen Personas 2.0. This custom transaction enables me to view the invoice first in print preview mode and further allows me to download it as a PDF.
I had no problems with both functionalities on a laptop. However, the preview shows a blank screen on a desktop accessing the Personas link. There is no issue whatsoever with the PDF download, just with the print preview. Initially thought that this might be because some time was being taken before the screen is loaded. The preview screen does not load at all.
I have observed this issue only while accessing Personas link on desktop. Has anyone ever faced such an issue? If so, is there any specific setting to be done for desktops?
