Hi Kalpana,
I assume you have enhanced the Service Order Component and you are trying to create the Service Order from the enhanced view. Can you check the behavior of the method - DO_CONFIG_ DETERMINATION ?
If possible, can you set your view configuration here so that every time your view is rendered in the UI, that method will take care of loading your view configurations instead of the standard.
