deducted (paid) absence leave from basic pay and split

Dear Experts kindly help me in my issue

the basic pay is 20,000,000 and he have a paid absence 5 days (SHOULD NOT DEDUCTED OR EVEN SPLITED) but the system split the amount of the absence days into 2 wages ( BASIC + ABSENCE LEAVE )
and I need the whole amount in the basic salary wage
