I couldn't fins any android example, but there are the following blogs that explained how to do it, one using javasciprt, and other explained in windows SMP sdk:

JS:

Create a sales order using the deep insert create request with ODataModel

Windows SMP SDK:

Deep inserts using SAP Mobile Platform SDK
