That is exactly the same situation of BEx Broadcaster.
Iview is created on Portal but the application runs on ABAP (TCP: 80xx).
You have to be logged on Portal and ABAP on these cases.
At my point of view, this behavior totally excepcted.
I hope we can see anyother contribution here from another BW expert.
