I tried lot, raised to incident to sap said that it's configuration issue. But Client require mandatory

not  a product error and therefore falls outside the scope of SAP

product support. You can find further details in note 83020.

Our mission is to assist you with any error / bug with our standard

delivered software licensed from SAP. As described in the referenced

note, we are unable to provide answers to consulting issues such as

system operation, configuration or how-to questions.

I would recommend  that you contact your account executive and

inquire about engaging our Services team to assist you in your

implementation.
