Thanks for all your replies.
I agree that it is a calculation issue because 37 is simply not divisible by 150. The reason 150% is being used is because of the working hours deduction logic wherein 1 day is deducted for 8 hrs, then 1.5 days will be deducted for 12 hrs.
From my end, I just wanted to make sure that I am not missing any way in the system to accomplish this.
@ All -- Can anyone please help me write a PCR to carrying forward the standard leave balance according to the following
1. Carry forward for the above flaw for ESG A for shift EE's only -- if he has only 1 day of remaining entitlement at the end of year.
2. Carry forward for all employees in ESG A (shift & office) - to a maximum of 10 days or the remaining entitlement at the end of year (whichever is less).
3. Carry forward for all employees in ESG B (shift & office) - to a maximum of 4 days or the remaining entitlement at the end of year (whichever is less).
(Again this ESG also has the same flaw as above points as its total entitlement is not divisible by 1.5 for the 12 hour shift employees)
How can I do this?
