Hi Experts,
Greetings to all, I need your support on understanding of Assumed pension pay in GB payroll. I am working on a issue where employee is on Sickness leave ( IT 2001) from 18.05.2015 to 11.10.2015 , As per my understanding about Assumed pension pay should be taken average of previous 3 months Pension pay I agree with this. my system is calculating correctly for 90 days of absence period from base of previous earning average.
Employer pension pay 2,439.67 based on 29,276.04
after completion of 90 days system considering him SICK NESS HALF pay (18.08.2015), and Employer Pension values are calculating extra amount as August month is 2446.08, September month is 2,453.88 for the same base amount which I have mentioned above 29,276.04.. Correct amount should be 2439.67.
Note: We were not implanted SSP,OSP and others. we are handling with IT 2001.
Please kindly let me know ,is there any possibility to change pension amounts after 90 day(as per my knowledge NO for this case). or any correction notes for this, anything other statutory condition which I have missed during my understanding.
Kind regards,
Ashok
